and adopting seven special needs children.

father trying to deal with the pain of
children lost, forgotten, abused and some so
damaged it will make you wonder "is this
really possible".

madness, new life and death. Becoming a
family and living through a common bond when
there are so many differences will amaze you.

MISSION
Adoption World is founded on a strong
belief that all children are adoptable.
We believe in the dignity and value of
each child as an individual, maximizing on
the child's abilities and strengths, working
to develop each child to their full
potential.
We subscribe to the belief that necessary
development can occur only when quality
training is made available to all parties
involved.
This would include government, county,
private agencies, prospective families and
the children.
We encourage a proactive holistic
approach to adoption and the placement
process, focusing on strengthening all
parties involved through pre and post
placement involvement and training.
We endeavor to assure that each child
receive the quality of care and planning
necessary for the prospective family unit to
reach the highest level of functioning.

Adoption World, Inc. provides an
overview of our available adoption programs
and agency services.
Counseling
Each adoption decision is unique,
adoption world, inc. works with the
prospective adoptive family in setting
realistic goals to meet the needs of the
family.
Home study
A formal home study is a required
document necessary to research a family's
interest, wishes and capabilities. a home
study also provides an opportunity for the
prospective family to examine the issues of
adoption and the adoption process. finally, a
home study approves the family to begin the
adoptive process.

SEMINARS
Through workshops set in a relaxed
but informative environment we educate,
counsel and consult. we use the holistic
approach in preparing and staying with the
family from the pre adoption period till
after the child has been placed and
stabilized within the family unit.
Let us help you find the answers to any
questions, fears and/or misconceptions
connected with the adoption process.
Workshops and individual, family,
group and agency training on all phases of
adoption are available.

WRITTEN BY A TEEN IN BAGDAD, ARIZONA
Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.
If Scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.
And anytime my head I bow
Becomes a Federal matter now.
Our hair can be purple, orange or green,
That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.
The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.
For praying in a public hall
Might offend someone with no faith at
all.
In silence alone we must meditate,
God's name is prohibited by the state.
We're allowed to cuss and dress like
freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.
They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the
Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.
We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.
It's "inappropriate" to teach
right from wrong,
We're taught that such
"judgments" do not belong.
We can get our condoms and birth
controls,
Study witchcraft, vampires and totem
poles.
But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
No word of God must reach this crowd.
It's scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school's a mess.
So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot;
My soul please take!
