Although there are still guidelines Agencies follow to evaluate a prospective family’s eligibility to adopt, many of the traditional requirements associated with adoption such as minimum salary standards (which were set high) home ownership, marital status, physical handicaps (to name a few) no longer apply.

It is our belief that what constitutes a family is a stable home environment, lots of room in your heart, the desire to share in the joy a child can bring into your life, and an open mind to learn the skills that are necessary to nurture the adopted child.

Our placement goals are twofold: To meet the child’s needs and best interest, along with a strong commitment to work with the wishes, desires and rights of the prospective families. To this end, we provide a process of education and exploration of issues inherent in the adoption process.
